We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at itsashirt.athens@gmail.com and we will proceed with it.  You can anytime get in touch with us for any return inquiry you may have.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your garment firstly you need to e-mail us and we will inform you if it is possible to do so. Since our series are strictly limited without re-stocks, it is sometimes unfeasible to exchange the garment you have already purchased with a different one.

Refunds
Once we have received your return you will get notified about the progress. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to show the refund on your account. Thank you!
