Πολιτική επιστροφής χρημάτων

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@itsashirt.gr and we will proceed with it by sending you a pre-paud label with DHL express. We are not responsible for the return cost. The amount will be deducted from the refund of the item(s). You can anytime get in touch with us for any return inquiry you may have.

 

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your garment firstly you need to e-mail us at hello@itsashirt.gr and we will inform you if it is possible to do so. Since our series are strictly limited without re-stocks, it is sometimes unfeasible to exchange the garment you have already purchased with a different size or garment.

Refunds
Once we have received your return you will get notified about the progress. Please remember it can take some days for your bank or credit card company to show the refund on your account. 

In any case the customer has refused to pay customs/tariffs for their order to be received, it will be returned to us by DHL. This process takes some time and we will keep you updated about the progress. We will refund  the garments' cost minus the shipping fees and customs may have occurredeven if your order was qualified for complimentary shipping in the first place.

 

For purchases in our physical store, we do not offer refunds on returns due to the limited-run garments we produce. As a small business, we can accept your return at the physical store where you purchased the garment(s) and provide you with a credit note for a future purchase within 60 days.
