We use DHL International Service to ship your orders worldwide.
- IT’S A SHIRT currently offers free shipping within Greece and complimentary express shipping within Europe for orders over 250€ (DAP: Delivered at Place). EU shipping 15€ usual transit time 2-6 days
- USA : We take care of the customs and duties (DDP), this means no extra costs will be applied in order to receive your order (duties, taxes and tariffs). The parcel will be delivered at your place without further paperwork needed by your side. U.S.A shipping 50€ . Transit time: Usually between 2-3 days (delays may occur if there is a delay at the customs)
- U.K : We do not cover the duties/export taxes for orders to U.K. Your order will be delivered DDP (delivered at place) only when the duties and taxes have been paid. Transit time: Usually between 2-4 days (delays may occur if there is clearance process at the customs). U.K express shipping 15€ / complimentary express shipping over 250€
- AUSTRALIA: At the moment our shipping cost via DHL is 30€ and we offer complimentary shipping for orders over 250€. If you wish to request a shipping price with duties and taxes included, you can email us at hello@itsashirt.gr before placing your order and we will inform you about the shipping rate. Thank you!! Transit time: Usually between 3-7 days (delays may occur if there is clearance process at the customs)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. Your order is usually dispatched the same day, but processing may take up to 3 business days before shipment. If, for any reason, we are unable to ship within this timeframe, we will notify you via email. All shipments are tracked, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. We ship only to residential and business addresses-PO boxes are not accepted. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, with transit times depending on the destination country and DHL’s schedule.
A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, someone at your delivery address (e.g., a family member, colleague, or receptionist) may sign on your behalf. If no one is available, DHL will leave a notification with details for a second delivery attempt or self-pickup. Unclaimed packages are held for up to 7 days before being returned to us. If you have authorized DHL to deliver to a neighbor, they may receive the package on your behalf.
If the order is returned to us because the customs fees weren’t paid, we’ll refund the item cost minus the shipping fees we incurred even if the order was qualified for complimentary shipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Once your order has been delivered, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you. If the
package appears damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and notify us
immediately at hello@itsashirt.gr. If you receive an item that does not meet expectations due to damage or other issues, please reach out to us as soon as possible to report the problem.
Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging. A receipt or proof of
purchase is also required. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@itsashirt.gr, and we will guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and a tracked shipping service is required (we will provide you this). You can anytime get in touch with us for any return inquiry you may have via e-mail (hello@itsashirt.gr) . It is mandatory you write us first in order to start a return.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your garment, please email us, and we will inform you if an exchange is possible. Since our collections are strictly limited and not restocked, we may not always be able to offer an exchange for the item you purchased.
Physical Store
We offer store credit if you are not fully satisfied with your order. We do not do refunds if you have purchased from our physical store. Upon receipt of the returned item at our studio, the credit will be available for use within 2 months.
