SHIRT NUMERO 3 , HAND-PAINTED

The shirt has been made from a semi-weight textured woven cotton. From Athens to Stockholm, the fabric travelled with us during our pop-up days there. Talented artist and friend Amanda Nordqvist perceived the fabric as a canvas, with the intention to create an artwork and not a clothing pattern. Afterwards, we brought it back to Athens and worked on this process for more than months in order to shape 16 one-of-a-kind shirts. We cut, sewed and finished them as if they were an abstract puzzle. Also, we created fabric buttons from the fabric scraps, all of them different from each other as such all the shirts are. Each and every garment is one-off and has its own drawings and lines.  You can read more about Amanda here
